Angel Aircraft 44
by Travis FitzPatrick

Installation: Simply drag and drop the folder "Angel - Passenger" into your Aircraft folder in the main FS9 Folder. No other installation necessary!

Some stuff about the Angel:

In the VC, there is no GPS, since there wasn't one in any of the actual aircraft, but you probably wouldn't be able to use it anyway. The real aircraft have a Garmin GPS/Radio 1 system, but I was unable to make that work to my specifications, so I used the radio system from the Baron. The 3D parts are usable, you just have to be careful where you click.

This aircraft is designed so that you spend the long parts of the flight in the VC. I tend to use the 2D panel just for the more intensive portions of the flight, such as IFR landings and the like.

A few notes on flying. The wheels are made for rough landings, so don't hesitate to give it a good working over. You might even try seeing how hard you can land it. The Angel was intended for field work, so landing at unconventional strips is encouraged. I'm also including the specs from Jane's ATWA. Take a quick look at that, as it will give you some info on flying the Angel.

The nosewheel on the actual aircraft is castored, not steerable, but I decided on steerable to make taxiing easier.

I have installed the Shockwave Lights system in this aircraft. However, they aren't active. If you own Shockwave Lights, you will need to enable them . There are two entries in the CFG for the lights section. One is commented out. Just delete the "//" before the second Lights entry and put them on the first Lights entry.

Many thanks must be given to those who have helped me through the process:
